When Jay founded Sutaria Training & Fitness in 2011, he had one key element in his mind - integrity. While he was pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at the University of Houston, he concurrently enrolled in the National Personal Training Institute, which he graduated with honors & later became an instructor for aspiring personal trainers. Becasue of his high standard of ethics and business integrity, Jay has been had the opportunity to work with a few of the most successful and gifted athletes in the world, as well as many of the most successful business owners in Houston.
Jay's Fitness Philosophy: "There is only one way to be in charge of a person's body - by understanding it. It begins and ends with anatomy. Without a sound understanding of how the body moves, we lack the foundation of all progressions that come next."
Director of Operations
An alum of Sam Houston State University and the National Personal Training Institute, Corey has been putting his diploma in Personal Training to use since 2013. He began his career at Gold's Gym, where he trained a variety of clients from children to rehabilitation to up & coming athletes. Corey currently operates a home gym in North Houston while also conducting in-home training sessions in the West University & River Oaks areas. Corey serves as a weight loss, strength & conditioning, corrective movement, and sports performance specialist for ST&F.

Director of Operations
Throughout his working years, Rohan worked as a teller at various banks in Houston, Ohio, & Washington. His passion for fitness & healthy living never wavered one bit throughout his bank jobs, and he finally took the plunge and earned his diploma in Personal Training from the National Personal Training Institute. Prior to joining ST&F, Rohan served 2 years as an intern with the staff, learning and perfecting the details that make ST&F one of a kind.
Rohan's Fitness Philosophy: "Technique is the most important aspect of a sound training program. If the basics are done properly, then our ability to progress in our sport or every day life increases substantially."
